A little photography for your enjoyment –the above shot I grabbed earlier this month, of the moon rising over the Cascade Mountains. It was, as I recall, the night of the recent lunar eclipse.

Krista Tippett is one of my favorites on NPR. The Atlanta station finally moved her from a weeknight to (more appropriately) Sunday morning. Polar bear play is news to me. Makes me feel better somehow.
Any reference to the Hindenburg will always remind me of Mort Reicheck’s story of how his father became a saint. The story is too good to miss.
