		<description>Actually, I turned my Panasonic DMC-FZ20 settings to &quot;night scenery&quot;--which I know uses long exposures, and I&#039;m pretty sure a small F-opening to maximize depth of field. Tripod necessary for this kind of shot, and lots of bracketing. Had to tweak the levels a bit in Photoshop, otherwise this is pretty much how it came off the camera.</description>
